Built for elevator service & modernization companies

The operating system for an elevator service company.

Price the job, dispatch the right mechanic, keep every Category test and AHJ deadline on schedule, and get paid — on one platform that already understands elevators, instead of five that don’t.

One platform, not five subscriptions.

Every module below is part of the same system and shares the same records — so a test result, a callback and an invoice all point at the same unit.

Compliance
Category 1 and Category 5 testing, Firefighters’ Phase I & II, emergency lighting, standby power and seismic — with QEI credentials, ASME A17.1-2025/CSA B44:25 requirements and AHJ filing windows tracked against every unit.
Dispatch & routing
Entrapment calls jump the queue automatically. Skill matching, distance ranking from geocoded addresses, drag-to-reschedule and double-booking detection.
Quote to cash
Quotes, change orders, jobs, invoices and payments in one chain — server-side pricing, margin on every line, branded e-signable PDFs.
Role-based dashboards
A technician, dispatcher, office manager, project manager and finance lead each land on a different screen showing the work that is theirs to do.
Customer portal
A separate, secure application your customers sign in to — their buildings, equipment, service history, certificates, contracts, quotes and invoices, and a way to raise a request. Scoped to their account alone, with role-based access for their own people and a preview so you can see exactly what they see.
Parts & inventory
A real stock ledger — receive, adjust and consume against jobs, with reorder-point alerts instead of a spreadsheet.
Approvals
Threshold-based routing with separation of duties, so the person who raises a document is not the person who approves it.
Revenue intelligence
Contract profitability, commissions, callback cost analysis and modernization ROI. Included with Pro.
Predictive maintenance
Rule-based maintenance priorities from recorded age, callbacks and violations, with suggested planning intervals. Included with Pro.

Not a generic field-service tool bent into shape.

Every screen already speaks Category testing, QEI, callbacks and modernization — because that is what it was built for.

Dispatch

Entrapments jump the queue automatically.

Addresses are geocoded when you save them, so the board ranks technicians by skill, availability, entrapment readiness and real distance from the job site — then optimises the day’s stop order.

  • Life-safety calls prioritised over routine PM
  • Technician and job locations plotted on the board
  • Double-booking detection and crew utilisation at a glance

Compliance

Every Category test and AHJ deadline, tracked without a spreadsheet.

Category 1 annual and Category 5 five-year testing, the periodic checks that sit alongside them, QEI certification renewals, violation correction deadlines and jurisdiction filing windows — in one portfolio view.

  • Completing a test schedules the next at its own cadence
  • Automatic overdue and due-soon alerts per unit
  • Assignment blocked when an inspector’s credential has lapsed
  • Filing-ready AHJ packets assembled for you to submit

Quote to cash

Price it, send it, get paid — with margin visible the whole way.

Build a quote on real labour and material rates, take it through approval, convert it to a job, raise change orders for extra scope, then invoice and collect. Pricing is calculated server-side, so the number on screen is the number that bills.

  • Stage-by-stage pipeline with real dollar totals
  • Branded, e-signable PDF quotes and invoices
  • Change orders approved by the customer and rolled into job value

Elevator-specific by design

  • Category 5 five-year full-load testing (QEI-witnessed)
  • Firefighters’ Emergency Operation — Phase I & II
  • Emergency lighting & alarm checks

Live in your account — not a mockup

Built to survive a procurement review.

Multi-tenant software holding payroll, customer contracts and safety records has to be careful by default. Here is exactly how it behaves.

Tenant isolation
Every record carries a company scope and is filtered at the data layer. A cross-tenant read returns “not found”, not someone else’s data.
Permissions re-derived per request
Roles are read from the database on every call — never trusted from the token — so a permission change takes effect on the user’s very next request.
Separation of duties
Payroll runs, invoice voids, role management and approvals are held apart from the roles that create the underlying documents.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP available per user and enforceable across the whole organisation.
Encrypted integration secrets
Third-party credentials are encrypted at rest and masked whenever they are read back.
Audit log
Who changed what, and when — queryable inside the app, not just written to a file.
Your data stays yours
CSV import to get started, with JSON and CSV exports of core business records when you need them.
Rehearsed backup & restore
A documented restore procedure with an integrity check that compares record counts and financial totals before and after.

We describe what the product does, not badges it has not earned. If your procurement process requires a specific attestation, ask us where we stand before you buy.

Straightforward plans, no elevator-industry markup.

Both plans include the full core platform — compliance, dispatch, quote-to-cash, inventory and approvals. Every tenant starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required — the trial includes everything in Pro, so you see exactly what each plan keeps.

Questions, answered honestly.

Is this really built for elevator companies specifically?

Yes. Category 1 and Category 5 testing, QEI credentials, ASME A17.1-2025/CSA B44:25 requirements, entrapment-priority dispatch and AHJ packets are first-class parts of the data model — not custom fields bolted onto a generic field-service tool.

Which inspections and tests are covered?

Category 1 (annual periodic) and Category 5 (five-year, full rated load, QEI-witnessed), plus Firefighters’ Emergency Operation Phase I & II, emergency lighting and alarm, emergency/standby power, seismic operation where required, and general periodic inspection. Each generates a digital checklist, and completing one schedules the next at its own cadence.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. Branches are set up under Settings → Company, each with its own code that flows into document numbering, with one marked primary. All branches live inside a single isolated tenant.

Do you file directly with the AHJ?

No — and we would rather say so plainly. We track each jurisdiction’s filing windows, tell you what is due and when, and assemble a filing-ready packet with the unit, building, test records and code requirements. You submit it through your AHJ’s own process.

Is there a customer-facing portal?

Yes. Building owners sign in at their own address with their own credentials — a separate application from the staff app, not a page inside it. They see their buildings, equipment, service history, inspection certificates, contracts, quotes and invoices for their account only, and can raise a service request. Cost, margin, technician records and every other internal figure are never sent to it. On the staff side, Customer Portal Management controls who has a login, what is shared, how it is branded, and lets an administrator preview the portal exactly as a customer sees it.

How does dispatch know which technician is closest?

Customer and equipment addresses are geocoded automatically when you save them, and technicians are ranked by skill match, availability, entrapment readiness and distance from the job site. Where no location has been recorded, the app ranks on skill and availability and tells you distance was not used.

How does billing work?

Every tenant starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. Starter is $199/mo for the core platform. Pro is $299/mo and adds maintenance planning, revenue intelligence, and payroll & timesheets. The trial includes all of Pro.

Can technicians use it in the field?

Yes. The app is responsive down to phone size, with job capture, photos, customer signature, parts used and an on-my-way notification to the customer.

Ready to run your whole operation in one place?

From the first quote to the final AHJ packet — every crew, contract and code deadline on one system.
