LiftQuote-ESESS uses a minimal set of cookies and local browser storage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Strictly necessary — a secure authentication token (stored in your browser) keeps you signed in. The app cannot function without it.
Functional — local storage remembers preferences such as your last-used view. A service worker caches application assets and selected account-specific reads for limited offline access. Job and inspection drafts can also store notes, answers and signatures in local browser storage. Offline access is limited. A job or inspection save made without a connection is kept on the device and sent to the server automatically when the connection returns; until then it exists only on that device.
Sign-up source — on your first visit we note, in this browser only, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). If you create an account it is stored with your company so we know which channels bring customers. It contains no personal details and is not shared with anyone.
Operational — server-side error monitoring and hosting providers process technical diagnostics when enabled. Stripe checkout and optional mapping or speech services may use their own storage under their notices when you access those services.
You can clear this site’s cookies, local storage and cached data in your browser settings. Removing authentication tokens signs you out; clearing drafts can permanently discard work that has not been saved to the server. Clearing browser data does not delete records already saved to your company account. Sign out and clear this site’s stored data before handing a shared device to someone else.
