These Terms govern your access to and use of the LiftQuote-ESESS platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization (the “Customer”).
The Service is intended for business use by people authorized to act for their organization. Customer records are logically separated by company and access permissions. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it as needed.
A new account starts with a 14-day trial. Registering for a trial does not itself authorize a charge. A paid subscription starts when you complete Stripe checkout, which displays the plan, price and recurring billing terms. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can manage billing or request cancellation through the billing portal available in the application; contact support@liftquote-esess.com if you cannot access it. Review the cancellation confirmation for its effective date and any remaining access. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. Canceling billing does not itself request deletion of your company records.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other tenants’ data, probing or breaching security, reverse engineering, or using the Service to violate any law or regulation.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You authorize us to process it as needed to operate, secure and support the Service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having authority to upload customer and worker information, share documents, collect signatures and enable location sharing, and for providing notices required for your use of those features. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Support is available at support@liftquote-esess.com. Planned maintenance, outages and third-party services may affect availability; no particular uptime or response time is promised unless agreed in writing. This application is not an emergency-response service. Use your established emergency procedures for trapped passengers, unsafe equipment or other urgent incidents.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Compliance features assist with, but do not replace, your own regulatory obligations (e.g., ASME A17.1, AHJ filings). You must review AI-generated answers, calculations and documents before relying on them, sending them or using them for field work. The software does not certify elevator safety or replace qualified inspections, engineering judgment or approval from the authority having jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may restrict access when needed to address unauthorized use or a security incident. Before ending service, use available export tools or contact support to arrange an export of your company records. Do not assume that billing cancellation deletes records or that all export tools remain accessible after access ends. An authorized company administrator may request deletion; legal obligations, billing records, security investigations and backup rotation may affect what can be removed and when.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
